Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Estimates

- Expedited (U.S.) — 2–3 business days, where offered at checkout.

Order Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days — we’ll work with the carrier on a resolution.
