30-Day Returns
If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Watches must include all links, tags, and protective films.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us through the Contact page with your order number.
- We’ll reply with a return authorization and the return address.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of authorization. We recommend a tracked service — return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Exclusions
Final-sale items, gift cards, and items showing wear, alteration, or damage from use are not eligible for return.
